Six chargers and power banks plus one cable we'd order to Israel, ranked, with watts and mAh explained in plain English and a note on what to check before you fly with a power bank.

How we picked
We kept branded chargers and banks with high positive seller feedback from many buyers and specs that make sense, and we left out no-name mains power adapters and listings with inflated capacity claims. Every verdict says what we couldn’t verify. Order is our judgment of quality and fit; the commission never affects it. The details are on how we pick.
Our picks, ranked

Best For: Laptops on the go
Number 1: Essager 20000mAh 65W Laptop Power Bank
A 20000mAh bank with 65W Power Delivery output, enough to top up a USB-C laptop as well as phones and tablets, from a brand that focuses on chargers. It's the one for working away from a socket. The trade-off: it's heavy to carry all day, and we haven't verified its watt-hour rating, so check it against your airline's limit before you fly.
Who It’s For
Travelers and remote workers who need to charge a laptop away from a socket.

Best For: One charger for everything
Number 2: Baseus Mini 100W GaN USB-C Charger
A small GaN (gallium nitride) charger rated at 100W, enough for a laptop, from a well-known charging brand. It replaces a bag of bricks. The trade-off: the cable isn't included, you need the plug variant that fits Israeli sockets, and the listing names a USB-C port, so confirm how many ports your variant has before counting on two devices at once.
Who It’s For
Travelers and commuters who want one small charger for every device.
Paid link · Price checked
Best For: Phones, no cables to forget
Number 3: Essager 20000mAh Power Bank with Built-In Cables
A 20000mAh bank with two built-in cables that can charge up to four devices at once, so there's no cable to leave at home. The trade-off: 22.5W is too slow for most laptops, the built-in cables can't be swapped if they fray, and it has far fewer orders than the other Essager bank, so its track record is shorter.
Who It’s For
Travelers who want a bank for phones with the cables built in.
Paid link · Price checked

Best For: iPhone top-ups
Number 4: MOVESPEED S10 Slim Magnetic Power Bank
A slim 10000mAh magnetic bank that clips onto a phone with a magnet ring for cable-free top-ups, with a USB-C port for wired charging and a cable in the box. The trade-off: wired output is only 20W, the listing doesn't give the wireless speed, and magnetic charging runs slower and warmer than a cable.
Who It’s For
iPhone owners who want a slim magnetic battery for top-ups on the go.
Paid link · Price checked

Best For: The car
Number 5: Baseus 160W 4-Port Car Charger
A four-port car charger with 160W total output over USB-C and USB-A, enough for a laptop and several phones on a long drive, from a branded maker rather than a risky no-name plug. The trade-off: you need good cables to reach full speed, and the listing is unclear about its magnetic feature.
Who It’s For
Drivers who charge a laptop and several phones in the car.
Paid link · Price checked

Best For: A cable that keeps up
Number 6: Baseus 240W USB-C Cable
A braided USB-C to USB-C cable rated for 240W, so it won't hold back a good charger, from an established charging brand. The trade-off: it only reaches full speed with a matching high-power charger, and the length options need checking on the listing. It's USB-C at both ends, so it won't plug into a Lightning iPhone.
Who It’s For
Anyone who wants one sturdy cable that keeps up with a fast charger.
Paid link · Price checked
Best For: One charger for a desk
Number 7: Joyroom 140W GaN Desktop Charger with Display
A desk charger with a display, retractable cables and 140W total output, able to run a laptop, phone and tablet together. It's over the import-tax line, so expect VAT; the table shows its tax status. The trade-off: it's bulkier than a travel charger, its cables are shorter than loose ones, and it has far fewer orders than our Baseus and Essager picks.
Who It’s For
Desk workers charging a laptop, phone and tablet from one spot.

What do watts and mAh mean?
Watts (W) are the power rating printed on a charger or bank. If you want one for a laptop, check the rating on the laptop’s own charger first and choose one at least that high.
mAh (milliamp-hours) say how much charge a battery holds, but airline limits are set in watt-hours (Wh), which are volts times amp-hours (El Al’s battery table, footnote 3). A bank listed at 20000mAh is 20Ah. You also need its voltage, which the label or the maker’s page should give.
Can I fly with a power bank?
Airlines set the rules, and they count in watt-hours. For El Al, El Al’s battery table (checked October 18, 2026) says a power bank is a spare battery, so it goes in your carry-on and not in checked baggage. Up to 100Wh, it allows one power bank per passenger with no airline approval. For 101 to 160Wh, it says a power bank is not allowed.
Other airlines differ, so check yours before you fly. We haven’t verified the watt-hour rating of the two 20000mAh banks or the 10000mAh magnetic bank above, so look for it on the label or the maker’s page.
What to know before you buy
Check the plug variant
Chargers on AliExpress ship with different plug variants, and the one a listing opens on may not be the one you want. The Baseus Mini and Joyroom pick pages now say which plugs each listing sells; for anything else, read it on the listing before you pay. Which plug to choose and how to read the voltage label: see our plugs and voltage guide.
Tax and packages
Every pick shows its tax status. Up to $75 of goods in a package, there’s no import VAT; above it, you pay 18% VAT, plus other taxes on some goods, and two orders from the same seller within 72 hours count as one (Tax Authority guide, chapter 4). Our tax rules guide has worked examples.
This is a shopper’s summary, not tax advice. For your specific case, check the Israel Tax Authority calculator or ask a customs broker.
A pick we haven’t ranked
The Baseus PicoGo AM31 is a 5000mAh Qi2 magnetic power bank with a built-in kickstand, according to Baseus’s UK product page (checked October 18, 2026). It isn’t in our catalog, so there’s no verdict on it here.
